Hotel age-policy sources disagree: what now?

A lower number is not safer or more current merely because it helps the trip. Both claims must be matched to the same exact property and date context.
Check identity and timing
Compare addresses, hotel names, rebrands, room types and effective dates. A stale partner page can conflict with a new official policy, but the difference must be documented.
Use a conflict result
While a material disagreement remains unresolved, the visitor should see a confirmation warning instead of a positive eligibility badge.
Confirm directly
Ask the property for the minimum age on your exact arrival date and mention the source that differs. Do not send sensitive booking or identity data through a public correction form.
