Reports are checked before anything changes.

Every hotel page has a correction form. A report enters a private moderation queue and never edits the public rule automatically.

Useful evidence

Share the exact hotel, what appears incorrect and an official property URL when available. Do not send screenshots containing personal booking information, confirmation numbers, IDs or card details.

Review process

An authorized editor matches the property identity, checks the source and records the outcome. If the accepted fact changed, publication creates a new immutable policy version and keeps the earlier version in history.

Urgent travel

Do not wait for a directory correction. Contact the property directly before paying or travelling.
